This industrialized housing project integrates harmoniously into its urban context by preserving the continuity of the xamfrà corner and offering a coherent volumetric response to both main façades. The architecture prioritizes habitability, environmental performance, and social cohesion through a rational configuration and passive design strategies. A permeable ground floor fosters community interaction and activates public space. Central bioclimatic atriums organize circulation, optimize natural ventilation and lighting, and act as spatial and social connectors. The modular layout enables full off-site prefabrication, reducing construction time, costs, and environmental impact. Each dwelling is inclusive, flexible, and designed to promote both privacy and community life. Passive thermal buffers, cross ventilation, and solar control elements ensure year-round comfort with minimal energy demand. The project achieves high environmental efficiency through the use of recycled materials, durable prefabricated systems, and integrated water and energy-saving technologies—setting a benchmark for resilient and sustainable public housing.
