2022 — WITH MUSQUERA ARQUITECTURA

The proposal is structured around three square-footed volumes. These volumes are meticulously designed to fully optimize the program, utilizing the maximum allowable occupancy while minimizing height impact so the maximum exposure to natural sunlight is guaranteed. The outcome comprises two three-level volumes (ground floor plus two), flanking a central unit that spans a single level. Atop this central structure there’s a rooftop communal space that creates multiple areas for interaction among the four living units. This innovative feature not only assists residents with limited mobility but also nurtures a sense of engagement, inclusivity, and social cohesion.

The pair of living unit volumes boast an asymmetric layout, strategically catering to optimal orientations for both shared spaces and private bedrooms, in alignment with the needs and requirements of the residents.
