A generous modular design optimizes overall volume, and the large southern facade promotes through-pass apartments with consistent dimensions and excellent lighting and ventilation. Inclusivity extends throughout the building, fostering collective relationships with community spaces on the ground and rooftop levels.

The project prioritizes environmental efficiency by minimizing resource consumption and impact, utilizing renewable materials, and implementing recycling practices to support sustainable habitability and comfort.
